is seeking to appoint a 

People Services Lead

Full time (35 hours) with part time options available

Salary: £39,800 - £44,000

The post is based at DEMAT’s central offices in Ely with some travel to our academies across the Trust and hybrid working arrangements depending upon working pattern

As one of the largest primary school Multi-Academy
Trusts in the country DEMAT have 38 academies spanning across Cambridgeshire,
Peterborough, Norfolk, and Suffolk. We
share a passion to build the foundations to create successful futures for our
pupils, our staff, and our communities. 

Our academies receive support on
people related matters and this role is an opportunity to oversee a critical
part of this.
