Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in HR, Payroll Administration, Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years experience in Payroll, HR Administration, Finance, OHS or a similar role
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Payroll systems (PaySpace, Sage or similar)
• Experience with Time & Attendance systems
• Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, OHS Act and COIDA
• Clear Criminal Record and Credit Record
• Valid drivers licence and willing to travel when required

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently
• Administer Time & Attendance and leave records
• Ensure payroll compliance and reporting
• Assist with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives
