People Services Specialist

About the role
As a People Services Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Services team, providing accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes. You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle, manage task completion in Workday, resolve queries effectively, and promote compliance and self-service through Workday and supporting tools.

You will work closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Business Unit P & C teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.

This role reports to the People Services Team Lead and is remote, however there may be times when it is necessary to visit the office.
