The People Team Business Partner will be a key partner & voice on the Fabletics People Team; partnering with and supporting a designated cohort within a larger organization in day-to-day operations, change management, culture & communication; and a collaborative partner in Total Rewards, HR Administration, Compliance, Worker’s Compensation, HR systems and payroll. This support role will be a champion for development of an organization that operates as one company & one team.
