Main goal

• 
  
• Lead and manage Pepper breeding activities for Europe, Americas, Middle East and Africa in accordance with the Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (LVS) R&D Strategy.
  
• Direct Pepper breeding programs with Breeding Coordinators and Breeders to achieve goals and objectives set during Strategic Crop reviews, Breeding Program reviews, Development Management review.
  
• Actively develop breeding teams and individuals (technical & managerial competencies).
  
• Promote constructive global interactions and exchanges with breeding programs in other crops, with Asia colleagues and across Limagrain Vegetable Seeds.
