**Job Summary**

Operate, monitor and repair boiler plant under the direction of Massachusetts 3 rd Class Stationary Engineer. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled or requested. Communicates with Chief Engineer and Facility Manager on a regular basis generates logs and/or reports as required

1. Reports to EFS Account Manager or Stationary 3 rd Class Engineer (MA).
2. Cooperates with and assists others in a common effort to promote goodwill and Company growth.
3. Perform additional duties as requested by the Stationary 3 rd Class Engineer or Client representative.
