**Qualification and Essential Functions**

+ Applicants must have an M.D or D.O. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care
+ Applicants must be Board Certified in Cardiology

**Banner Health Package:**

+ $285/hr restricted coverage; $600/12 hr unrestricted call coverage shift; $1200/24 hr unrestricted call coverage shift
+ Four fully equipped dedicated cardiovascular cath labs
