Flexibility is a must as this position will work at 2 local skilled nursing facilities providing high-quality care in long-term settings. * Flexible Per Diem position
* Minimal participation in after-hours call
* Work with geriatric population
* EPIC experience preferred
* Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or internal medicine is required
