POSITION TITLE: Clinician – AMFT/ASW/LMFT/LCSW/APCC/LPCC

REPORTS TO (TITLE): Director of Clinical Services

Schedule: Per Diem/On call (Weekends, but flexible to include weekdays and holidays, etc.). Day Shift.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide quality case management and therapeutic services to patients and their families, to serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy, and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.
