Per Diem Pharmacist Opportunity – Clermont, FL

A specialized pharmacy team is expanding the per diem roster to support patients requiring sensitive and expert care in the HIV/AIDS community. This role is ideal for pharmacists who have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy settings with a focus on HIV/AIDS medication dispensing.

Location:

• Clermont, FL (coverage primarily for Community AIDS Network in Plantation and optionally at a local pharmacy in the area)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM


• No weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and respectful pharmaceutical care to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.


• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless communication and patient support.
