**Overview**

**Scope of Responsibilities:** Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

**Job Summary:** Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Noble Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers

**Travel** : Travel may be required to meet with State Boards of Pharmacy. Attendance at various Noble business and management conferences may be required.

**Shifts** : Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
