Role Purpose

• The Performance Analyst owns the numbers behind the social commerce and affiliate engine. The role has two distinct scopes. On TikTok, it owns full channel reporting—revenue, GMV, TROAS, creator and content performance—and builds the in‑depth dashboards that give the Head of TikTok and each TTS team member visibility into their own performance. Across Amazon.com/ca and DTC, the scope is narrower and affiliate‑specific: tracking affiliate‑driven revenue, activation, and program performance on those channels.
