Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Event & Production Support  Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing music and performing arts events. 
Support technical rehearsals, production schedules, and on-ground event logistics. 
Liaise with venues, production teams, and technical suppliers to ensure smooth operations. 
 Media & Content Coordination  Coordinate with media teams on photography, videography, and content requirements for concerts, rehearsals, and departmental initiatives. 
Manage and organize media assets, event footage, and promotional materials. 
Support development and delivery of creative briefs for promotional content. 
 Artist & Talent Support  Assist in coordinating with musicians, conductors, performers, and external talent.
