ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to own the end-to-end creative output of our ecom wing. You'll sit at the intersection of research and execution — turning consumer insights and concepts into high-converting ad creatives. You'll work closely with CMO and our editors to ensure every piece of content is built with intent, backed by psychology, and optimised for performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Research angles, hooks, and winning concepts across competitors, consumer reviews, and platform trends before a single frame is shot or edited. Take concept briefs from Head and translate them into detailed, actionable creative briefs for the editing team including hooks, narrative structure, visual references, and CTA direction.
