Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic professionals capable of maintaining our customer satisfaction rates with excellent oral & written communication skills and a positive approach. A committed candidate who is able to maintain relationships with our customers and clients by closely monitoring the audit rubric and parameters, provide insights and analysis and help manage the implementation of service and process improvement programs and efforts. This is a full-time position with the ability to work in the office. Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of Quality Analysts and Quality Leader of the Customer Support Department
  • Ensure standards are created and maintained including creation of approaches and plan to correct problems
  • Ensure the establishment of root cause analysis and development of comprehensive reports and recommendations
