The Performance Enablement Lead is responsible for leading and enabling Continuous Improvement (CI) across Mill and Estate operations within a defined region. The role ensures disciplined CI governance, effective execution of improvement initiatives, capability development, and realization of measurable business value aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and Continuous Improvement (CI ) frameworks at regional level. Act as the regional focal point for CI governance, cadence reviews, and performance dialogue. Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives.
