About You

We are seeking an experienced, data‑driven Performance Engineer to selectively analyze and manage the performance of our growing portfolio of over 600 solar and BESS assets across the United States. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Analytics & Asset Management and work alongside a small team of monitoring analysts that serve as the operational intelligence layer for the entire organization.

Approximately 70% of your time will be spent identifying underperformance by interpreting production and weather data, conducting trend analysis, quantifying energy losses, and coordinating with Regional Asset Managers (RAMs) to drive resolution. The remaining 30% focuses on admin work such as inbound onboarding of new sites into our analytics ecosystem—ingesting pro‑formas and PVSyst models, validating AlsoEnergy Advanced Site Configurations, and assessing as‑built drawings to ensure every site is set up correctly from day one.
