Responsible for SPX Operations OKR - Delivery Time and Delivered SLA Commitment % - handle key stakeholders in lens with SPX delivery standards and performanceIdentify key metrics to monitor Linehaul, Lastmile and overall E2E performance (responsible for performance from Sorting Center to Customer’s hand)Drive multiple strategic improvement initiatives including develop hypothesis, align stakeholders, generate insights, and determine action plan, ensuring ground level feasibility and scalabilityDevelop monitoring dashboard and management level KPIIdentify potential improvement opportunitiesActively monitor initiative progress for impact analysisCollaborate with multiple stakeholders ranges from management to ground level across local and regional officesEnsure effective communication and coordination across teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
