Job Description:
The Performance Manager for E-Commerce will support the E-Commerce Director and Associate Director in developing and executing performance strategies across multiple retail and e-commerce accounts. This role requires hands-on campaign management deep knowledge of optimization and the ability to deliver revenue-focused results in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in campaign planning execution and day-to-day optimization across multiple platforms.
- Translate high-level business objectives into tactical campaign actions.
- Monitor account performance track KPIs and proactively recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social search and data feed specialists.
- Ensure reporting is accurate timely and actionable for both clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance insights presentations.
