Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will own the performance marketing function at ExpoPlus, taking full accountability for campaign results, driving strategies that move the needle for our exhibition clients, and building scalable play-books that the team can execute with excellence.

This is a leadership role built for someone who thrives on outcomes, not just outputs.

You will be the go-to expert for performance marketing across B2B trade-shows, conferences, and summits — partnering directly with clients, guiding internal teams, and continuously raising the bar on what great digital performance marketing looks like in the events industry.
