The E‑commerce Growth Manager will own and drive end-to-end digital growth across Shoemarts' e‑commerce ecosystem, with full accountability for GMV, NPBT, and margins, as well as traffic acquisition, performance marketing, and scaling the D2C platform. The role will manage digital marketing spends, optimize the end-to-end funnel, traffic, conversion, AOV, and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring strong control on discounting and profitability.
