As a Regional Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in to develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Also, you will:
- Manage and optimise paid search, display, and paid social campaigns (including Google & Meta) across regional markets
- Leverage marketplace and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) to maximize visibility and sale
- Own and optimise the brand website (dotcom), improving user journey, conversion rates, and on-site performance
- Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally, oversee budgets, test new channels, and identify market opportunities through competitive analysis
