Position Overview
This is a remote position. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion. This role manages paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok while continuously optimizing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and results-oriented, with strong experience in paid media, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and growth marketing.
