Lead Explora’s global performance marketing function, owning paid acquisition, lower‑funnel conversion, and the website as the primary conversion engine. This role is responsible for translating brand demand into measurable bookings, driving ROAS, and continuously improving how Explora attracts, converts, and retains qualified prospects.
The role oversees paid media strategy, retargeting, conversion optimization, landing pages, website content and development, paid creative testing, and the analytics function that informs every decision. It works closely with IT to ensure the digital stack is fit for purpose.
