Gisada – a fast-growing Swiss luxury fragrance brand – is on an international growth journey. To scale our digital performance and e-commerce success, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on paid media, e-commerce funnels, and Amazon marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Ads
- Own and drive Amazon PPC strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), A+ Content, and keyword optimization
- Define and execute performance marketing strategies to increase ROAS, conversions, and visibility
- Monitor and report on key metrics: CPA, CTR, conversion rates, TACoS, and more
- A/B test creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies across all platforms
- Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and E-Commerce teams for cohesive brand communication
