This post will strengthen the team of staff contributing to the development of the University of Worcester Men’s Football programme. The University of Worcester has made significant progress in several areas in recent years relating to performance sport and community engagement. Such has been the expansion of activities with a growing number of participants; there is now a clear need for operational and strategic leadership. The role is up to 550 hours across the year, equating to roughly 15 hours per week during academic semesters.

The post arises from the continuing expansion of the student sports performance programme (UW Sport). Appropriately qualified candidates will be expected to contribute to the development of the outreach and recruitment work within the UW sport programme and Men’s football.
