The Product Merchandising organization delivers intuitive merchandising and local expertise to make it easy and enjoyable for our members to find and choose what to watch now and next.
Responsibilities
- Conduct promotional distribution analyses for titles, catalog, on-service activations, and evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies in APAC markets.
- Partner with local Product Merchandising Leads and Market leaders to plan and measure local activations for priority titles and Netflix’s regional catalog.
- Collaborate with the Global Performance team to standardize distribution performance reporting, identify cross‑region best practices, and enhance scalability and consistency in analytics.
- Evolve self‑serve Merchandising dashboards/tools in partnership with the Global Performance team.
