The Perinatal Data Coordinator provides quality, clerical, and data collection support in the Maternal Child Health Department.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Report any discrepancies immediately to the Director of MCH.

+ Maintain appropriate level of supplies and forms needed including typing, and photocopying.

+ Order material with the approval of the Director of MCH.

+ Inventory and order all handouts for supply cart as needed.

+ Review all files and send the report to the Director of MCH.

+ Submit Time and Attendance Exception Sheet to Director of MCH, then to Payroll

+ Assist with walk-in tours and maternity tours when available; and the client is unable to schedule a time with the group tour.

+ Interpersonal relationships/communication skills.
