Founding AI Engineer – AI Agents – London – £120k–£150k + Equity - Hybrid 3 days a week in office 

A venture-backed AI startup is looking for a Founding Engineer to help build a next-generation agentic AI platform transforming how billions are deployed into clean energy infrastructure. This is a true zero-to-one opportunity, working directly with experienced founders to architect systems that automate complex, high-stakes decision-making.

You’ll design and build advanced AI systems including knowledge graphs, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and self-improving AI pipelines. This role goes far beyond prompt engineering, you’ll operate as a systems architect, working across LLM orchestration, context engineering, vector databases, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
