Permanent Epic Training Manager (Onsite – Salinas, CA)

Overview:

The Epic Training Manager will lead the enterprise Epic training strategy and oversee training delivery across the organization. This role partners with Epic application teams, operational leaders, and end users to ensure successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Epic training strategy across clinical and operational departments
• Develop and maintain Epic training curriculum, materials, and workflows
• Manage Principal Trainers, Credential Trainers, and training initiatives
• Coordinate training activities for Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts
