Open to both fully and provisionally licensed candidates. Seymour Health Centre, an innovative clinic in False Creek, is looking to grow their team. The clinic operates as a hybrid walk‑in and family practice (FPs and NPs) and is supported by consulting specialists, allied health professionals, nursing staff, billing clerks, in‑house IT, admin and MOA staff all working together and learning from one another. With 60 exam rooms and 65 physicians and NPs, the clinic provides both virtual and in‑person appointments to a full‑spectrum patient population. Strong primary and community‑based care provides the best access, the best patient and clinician experience, and the best system value through longitudinal relationships and diversion of traditionally facility‑based services.
