Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:
Key Responsibilities Must meet budgets that are set out annually (Gross Profit). Management of the following: Sales calling on current customers (minimum visits per week set by department head). Call Report Management. Time and attendance. Reporting information. Customer platforming. Providing accurate information to other departments i.e., engineering and workshop. Ensure customer feedback is provided accurately and timely. Manage customer inquiries to ensure the customer receives accurate quotes timely. Maintain high levels of customer service. Build and maintain customer relationships with customer base. Manage and assist with Tenders (If applicable). Attain a target number of new customers as set by KPI’s.
