The Personal Advisor plays a crucial role in helping these individuals achieve positive outcomes in education, employment, training, health, accommodation, and independent living. By working closely with young people, partner agencies, and professionals, the Personal Advisor ensures that care leavers receive the necessary guidance and support to develop independence and reach their full potential.
