Position Overview

Our client is a high-net-worth family office that they are looking to hire a Personal Assistant cum Household Manager to oversee and manage the household operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage household duties by coordinating with other staff such as drivers, chef, domestic helpers etc
  • Organize, manage guests and family events and dinners
  • Manage wine inventory of the household
  • Liaise with other staff e.g drivers, office secretaries on travel and luggage logistics, airport pickups, family member pickups etc
  • Oversee household’s daily supplies, purchase items when necessary
  • Arrange appointments, handle bookings and registrations
  • Run errands for the family as required
  • Ad-hoc duties for the family-related matter when necessary

Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of PA and Household Manager related experience supporting high-net-worth (HNWI) private household
