You will serve as the primary point of contact, gatekeeper, and right-hand support for the CEO β managing time, communications, and priorities with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and proactiveness. Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage and optimize the CEOβs complex daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with internal teams, clients, investors, and external partners.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
Prepare daily briefings and agenda summaries for the CEO.
