RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Arrange travel plans and accommodations.
β’ Manage calendars and schedules.
β’ Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
β’ Organize meetings and prepare minutes.
β’ Perform personal and office errands.
β’ Maintain filing systems and databases.
β’ Transcribe notes and dictations.
β’ Provide general administrative assistance.
β’ Coordinate with staff and departments.
β’ Manage personal shopping and household tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Graduate of any four-year Business course.
β’ Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant.
β’ Adequate verbal and written English communication skills.
β’ Highly organized, mature, and maintains strong personal presentation.
β’ Proactive, with strong initiative.
β’ Able to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision.
