Ray White Five AM Group comprising 6 offices in East Auckland and 2 offices in the Bays (St Heliers and Mission Bay) is a busy, close-knit real estate team that loves what we do. No two days look the same here, and that's exactly how we like it. We are looking for a full time and a part time (20 hours) PA who is experienced enough to hit the ground running, but flexible enough to go with the flow when priorities shift.

About the Role

• Day-to-day support for our agents – diary management, correspondence, and keeping everything moving
• Helping coordinate listings, open homes, and the general flow of a busy real estate office
• Preparing documents, emails, and client communications in a timely way
