As the primary point of contact for our guests from pre‑arrival through post‑departure, you will anticipate individual preferences, curate personalized experiences, and create memorable moments that reflect Waldorf Astoria’s commitment to luxury, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Review daily arrival reports for True Waldorf Service (TWS) guests and VIPs, prioritise room assignments, and coordinate room allocations with the Housekeeping team.
