We're in search of an experienced Personal Injury Virtual Assistant / Case Manager to join this team and help maintain the standard of excellence for which we're known. The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor. This Case Manager will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice. This includes opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtaining medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, assisting clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis.
