Overview of the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Service Technician (PST) to join our Polestar Service Center team. This role combines advanced diagnostic and repair expertise with direct customer interaction, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle handover. The PST is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to Polestar and Al-Futtaim standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, first‑time fix rates, and workshop productivity.
