Salary: Up to £33,000.00

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with flexible working options

In this role, you will support and guide a caseload of learners throughout their level 3 safeguarding journey, providing highquality coaching from induction through to gateway and End Point Assessment. You will deliver engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital tools and varied teaching methods, ensuring every learner stays motivated, confident, and on track.

As the role requires sector competence, you will draw on your background in areas such as CQCregulated settings, Ofstedaligned environments, Adult Care, or similar safeguardingfocused sectors to contextualise learning and support apprentices effectively.
