REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in HR administration and labor law.
Higher education in Law (preferably with specialization in Labor Law).
Practical experience in employment and the legalization of foreign nationals in Georgia, including understanding of relevant legislation and legalization procedures.
Experience interacting with government authorities.
Strong knowledge of Georgian Labor Code and employment regulations.
Experience in developing internal HR policies and procedures.
