Job Summary:
Personnel Security Specialist works in support of 9AF AFCENT FFOR A3 at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB, South Carolina providing continuity while performing a full range of security duties and assignments.
The job includes assisting in the operation of and administering of the A3 Security Program. Also, assisting with management and implementation of one or more of the Information Protection core security disciplines (information, Industrial, Personnel Security, Counter-Insider Threat, and/or Controlled Unclassified Information) on behalf of the Commander or Director.

Performs all aspects of the Personnel Security program to include, for example, validation of collateral and SCI access requirements, submission of investigative requests, validate signed Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA) and perform other related personnel security actions.
