As a Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of dispatched routes and lead Route Managers effectively. Ensuring quotas are met while developing strong client relationships through regular engagement and inspections will be key. Your role will also include mentoring and training team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.
