Customer Service
- Provide high-quality customer service through voice and non-voice channels, assisting clients, policyholders, veterinary partners, and other stakeholders with inquiries related to appointments, policy coverage, benefits, and claims.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the company's CRM and claims management systems.
- Process inquiries received via email, mail, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
