About the Role
As the Pet Hotel Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our premium pet hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and enriching stay. You will also coordinate pet sitting services, supervise dog walking schedules, and maintain the highest standards of care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the dog and cat hotel.
- Oversee pet check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor feeding schedules, medication administration, enrichment, and overall wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate boarding records and owner communication.
- Ensure all suites and common areas are clean, sanitised, and well maintained.
Team Leadership
- Supervise Pet Care Associates.
- Schedule daily staffing and overnight coverage.
- Train staff on animal handling, hygiene, safety, and emergency procedures.
