            Responsibilities  Fulfilling and packing of online orders 
Customer relationship and service management 
Assist and provide professional advice / recommendations on enquiries for Pet related products 
Maintain and upkeep the retail store / equipment for its daily operations 
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
 Requirements  No experience needed 
Positive working and learning attitude
