As a Phaco Development Specialist

You will play a vital role in training and supporting ophthalmic surgeons and hospital staff as they transition from Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS) and Extracapsular Cataract Extraction (ECCE) to Phacoemulsification (Phaco) as the preferred cataract treatment.
