Summary The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) Geriatrics who is also referred to as the Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) Geriatrics works in the pharmacy of a large tertiary care medical center and is involved with teaching, research and all facets of patient care with specialization in geriatric related disease states, such as dementia and age-related changes under a scope of practice.
