Summary Position Location: VA San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA (Specialties Pharmacy Service) The Pharmacy Data Applications Program Manager must be a licensed pharmacist with a Pharm.D., preferably with an accredited PGY-2 Informatics Residency, or other equivalent.
